Gentle, flowing yoga - with Fiona Tasker
Yoga classes

The benefits of yoga are far-reaching. Above all, the class gives you a time and place to simply be with your body and breath. We focus on releasing tension and tiredness, stretching out tight muscles, and helping you to both relax and energise. The postures will also build up your strength and stamina, and leave you feeling more positive and confident!

A typical class includes flowing sequences (both gentle and dynamic), postures, breath awareness, and deep relaxation. The movements can be adapted for different abilities and health issues.

Beginners are welcome.

Class times

Tuesdays 8.00-9.30pm (men & women)

Wednesdays 7.30-9.00pm (women only)

I also run regular yoga workshops in Hove.

Costs
£42 for 6 classes (i.e. £7/class)
£9 drop-in

If you book 6 classes, this is valid only 6 weeks and missed classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Reserving your place
Please check there is space before you come, by e-mail (up to 5pm on day of class) or text (anytime).

Bring
A blanket and yoga mat (there are a few mats to borrow if needed).

Entrance
Please arrive 5 or 10 minutes before class (I can't open the door before that as I have another class beforehand). There is a door entry system - you'll see a sign on the door explaining to call 30 for Dru Yoga, then press the green call button. I'll come and open the door.

Parking
Street parking is paid until 8pm (60p for 30 minutes). You can park on the north side of Portland Road (south side is residents only) or in nearby side streets.
